The Discovery (5 Km): Saint-Léon towards La Roque Saint Christophe

Depart at any time from the Canoë Family base and let yourself be carried away by the gentle current of the Vézère River in a canoe (2, 3, 4, or 5 seats), kayak, or paddleboard. Admire the picturesque landscapes before concluding your getaway at the foot of the majestic troglodyte site of La Roque Saint Christophe in Peyzac-le-Moustier. There are no time constraints; regular return shuttles ensure your peace of mind.

The 3 Castles (8 km): Losse Castle towards Saint-Léon sur Vézère

Departing every 30 minutes to the top of the Vézère Valley, embark on a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard at the foot of the Château de Losse de Thonac. Enjoy a peaceful descent along the water for at least 2 hours. There's no time limit; your adventure ends at the Canoë Family base in Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère.

Favorite (13 km): Château de Losse towards La Roque Saint Christophe

The most beautiful canoe trip awaits you, with an exceptional crossing of the Vézère Valley. Explore three castles, pass through the charming village of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, and finish your journey beneath the largest troglodyte site in Europe, La Roque Saint Christophe. Departures every 30 minutes, no time limit, an experience accessible to all.

Lascaux (12 km): Montignac towards Saint-Léon sur Vézère

Embark from the Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère base to Montignac-Lascaux by minibus. Travel 12 km and discover four castles along the Vézère Valley for at least 3 hours by canoe, kayak, or paddleboard. There's no time pressure, because this is the time to enjoy your vacation in complete peace of mind.

La Sportive (17 Km): Montignac towards La Roque Saint Christophe

17 kilometers of adventure await you by canoe, kayak, or paddleboard, at your own pace. Allow approximately 4 hours for this journey with no time limit. Don't stress, this is the perfect opportunity to discover the Périgord Noir from a different perspective.

2 or 3 Day Canoe-Kayak Trip: Saint-Léon sur Vézère to Les Eyzies, Le Bugue or Limeuil

Meet at the Canoë Family base in the heart of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère. Take a minibus to Montignac-Lascaux for a 30 km descent to Les Eyzies, 40 km to Le Bugue, or 50 km to Limeuil. This immersive hike transports you through the centuries, offering breathtaking views of the castles, troglodyte sites, and unique landscapes of the Vézère Valley.

The return trip by minibus to the Canoë Family base on the second day is included. A variety of accommodations are available, from camping to lodges, hotels, or even wild bivouacs for an even closer experience with nature. Luggage transport is also available to simplify your getaway.
